- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for intranet improvements and new functionalities.
- Analyze, design, and configure SharePoint Online features such as search and content types.
- Oversee content management to ensure information is current, accurate, and accessible.
- Build solutions using Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps to automate workflows and embed custom solutions into SharePoint Online.
- Provide user support and training, and work with QA to test new features.
- Monitor intranet performance through usage data and feedback, and create documentation for new features and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience working with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and related tools.
- Proficiency in English and strong technical skills in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and content management.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a flexible schedule.
- Experience with Colleague Connect or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.

Intranet Quality Assurance Specialist:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This position is for a Senior Analyst - Digital Experience & App Development Engineer, part of our IT department, focusing on enhancing our intranet platform and building custom solutions using the Power Platform. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to improve SharePoint functionalities, automate workflows, and ensure seamless content management and user support.
