      Description

      JOB SUMMARY

      The Intune Administrator plays a critical function in managing our endpoint infrastructure and manages future application and endpoint upgrades across the organization. The candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune mobile device management, and any other cloud-based endpoint security technologies, such as KACE, and BitLocker.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES

      The duties listed below may not include all the responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties, as assigned, including cross training across other departments, as necessary.

      • Administer and enhance Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager for the centralized management of all endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
      • Lead the Intune configuration and deployment strategy for the Windows 11 enterprise migration, ensuring seamless transitions, user readiness, and policy compliance.
      • Develop, test, and deploy security policies, compliance configurations, and applications using Intune and related tools.
      • Manage the integration between Azure Active Directory, Office365, and Intune for unified identity, access control, and device management.
      • Provide escalated support for desktop, mobile, and Office365-related issues, working closely with the service desk and infrastructure teams.
      • Collaborate with IT/IS leadership to evaluate, recommend, and implement tools that enhance security posture, endpoint lifecycle management, and user experience.

      Qualifications


      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
      • 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments with a focus on Microsoft Intune and endpoint administration.
      • Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, especially in enterprise deployment and configuration.
      • In-depth knowledge of Azure AD, Office365, Group Policy, and security/compliance practices.
      • Experience in enterprise-level Windows migrations or large-scale OS deployment projects.
      • Familiarity with cloud and hybrid server environments, scripting (PowerShell), and patch management solutions.
      • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
      • Proven trustworthiness and history of acting with integrity, taking pride in work, seeking to excel, being curious and adaptable, and communicating well.
      • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
      • Excellence in communicating business risk and remediation requirements from assessments.
      • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
      • Highly organized and efficient.
      • Experience in the banking or financial services sector. (Preferred)
      • Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-101, or AZ-104. (Preferred)
      • Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired.

      ORGANIZATION

      • This position reports directly to the Technical Operations Manager.
      • This position does not oversee other positions.

      TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

      All employees are required to attend scheduled mandatory trainings and complete online regulatory compliance training courses applicable to their specific job function. Failure to adhere to these requirements will be grounds for disciplinary action, including probation and possible termination.
