      We’re looking for an Inventory Analyst to meet operational needs and customer demand, using data-driven insights to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency. With limited supervision, this position carries out various logistics and purchasing support tasks, including logistics planning, materials planning, material analysis, and other assigned responsibilities.

      What You Will Do

      • Reconcile inventory discrepancies including on-hand overages/shortages, supplier variances, operational returns, receipt issues, shipment errors, and accurately post receipts and generate MTS (or equivalent materials system) tags for all inbound materials.

      • Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with cross functional team and team members.

      • Plan for supplier material deliveries, track information on suppliers including replenishment schedules, and monitor packaging quantities and usage.

      • Prepare inventory reports and determine the quantity and order date for kanban materials needed to meet the master production schedule.

      • Initiate purchase or production requisitions as appropriate.

      • Conduct targeted system-based research using ERP (or alternative materials systems), analyzing historical inventory movements to determine appropriate corrective actions.

      • Safely operate material handling equipment as required to support inventory processes.

      • Execute both scheduled and ad hoc audits of inventory and receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

      • Monitor, track, and report quality performance metrics, with accountability for achieving defined quality objectives.

      • Work independently while actively promoting a cooperative team dynamic in daily support of facility operations and client inventory requirements.

      What You Will Have

      • Supply chain experience

      • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

      • Production planning experience

      • Vendor management experience

      What Will Put You Ahead

      5+ years of related work experience in Materials Operations, Packaging or Planning.

      Physical Requirements

      • Ability to lift and carry contents weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes (with or without lifting devices),

      • Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.

      • Capable of walking, squatting, and bending for durations of 15–30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation.

      • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday

      • Work location is typically a combination of warehouse and office settings.

      Summary Pay Range:

      $25.25 - $32.80
