We are now looking for a driven Inventory & Cost Controller to join our Finance team in Helsingborg, a key site in our division.

      We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory & Cost Controller to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll play a central part in strengthening our inventory and costing processes, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and support efficient operations. Working closely with Operations Management, you’ll act as a key business partner in driving performance and financial control.

      This is a role that blends analytical depth with operational involvement, ideal for someone who enjoys both numbers and collaboration!


      The Opportunity ...

      As Inventory & Cost Controller, you’ll, be supporting key processes , and ensuring compliance with internal controls. You’ll be providing guidance to the Operations team and other stake holders. Your focus will be on both day-to-day operations and long-term improvements.

      Your main responsibilites will be:
      • Partner with Operations Management to provide financial insights and support

      • Ensure our inventory is managed in accordance to company polices and control procedures

      • Perform cost variance analysis and monthly reporting

      • Drive and assist with budgeting and forecast

      • Support and develop process improvments



      What You’ll Contribute

      We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international setting and enjoys collaborating across teams. You’re hands-on, structured, and able to translate data into action.

      You bring:
      • A degree in Business Administration, or similar
      • At least 2 years of relevant experience of a similar role or tasks

      • Fluency in both Swedish and English
      • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
