- Provide technical inventory support in a high volume, fast paced plant environment
- Reconcile inventory which will include investigating, analyzing, and determining root cause for discrepancies of raw materials, packaging, and finished Goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory levels.
- Demonstrate full understanding of inventory movement - including warehouse use and layout.
- Support Continuous Improvement of inventory management processes.
- Manage the inbound & outbound flow of finished product to/from the plant throughout our supply chain network.
- Reconcile SAP inventory system against Blue Yonder
- Other duties as assigned including backup as needed other logistic positions.
- Expected to wear PPE (Not limited to: Smock, bump hat, hair net, ear plugs, steel toe slip resistant rubber shoes/boots, and safety glasses. Chemical resistance gloves when performing shut down or proper attire during cleaning tasks.) while in the Plant, Warehouse or other production environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance or other related degrees and 2+ year of relevant experience around manufacturing inventory, logistics or other related experiences
- Knowledge of systems like Blue Yonder, SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Able to work safely and promote safety in the plant
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable information
- Self-managed individual with demonstrated motivation and initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills with employees at all levels
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Desire and ability to work well with little supervision as well as in a team environment
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement and productivity opportunities
- Ability to excel in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
- Working knowledge of inventory controls
- Experience within Supply Chain Planning or Inventory Control
- Good understanding of Material Handling and/or Inventory processes

- International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $46900.00 - $64600.00 / Annually.
