Job Description
- Req#: 25-36179
- Ability to verify returned products for accurate reason codes (e.g., mispicks, driver shorts, refusals).
- Ensure returned items meet temperature guidelines to maintain product integrity.
- Process all return-related documents (paper and digital) accurately.
- Inspect returned products and determine appropriate disposition (saleable, damaged, expired, etc.).
- Apply correct coding for returned products based on condition.
- Execute and review end-of-day reports and address inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with drivers and transportation supervisors to resolve return issues and support training and process improvements.
