Return Verification:

Verify returned products for correct reason codes (e.g., mispicks, driver shorts, customer refusals) to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.

Check returned products to ensure they meet temperature guidelines and maintain product integrity.

Documentation and Processing:

Process all return-related documents (both paper and digital) to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure customer invoices reflect correct order adjustments.

Inspect returned products for appropriate disposition (e.g., saleable, damage/recuperation, damage/out-of-code, dumps) and apply proper coding.

End-of-Day Reporting:

Execute end-of-day processes and reports.

Research and resolve any inventory or return discrepancies.

Driver and Transportation Support:

Partner with drivers and transportation supervisors to address return issues.

Identify training or retraining needs for drivers based on return trends.

Recommend and support process improvements to reduce future errors and discrepancies.

Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 5:30-2:00am
Location: Norwich, CT
Duration: 4 months
