      Job Title: Inventory Control and Warehouse Manager
      Location: El Paso, TX preferred | Remote considered for exceptional candidates

      Job Description:

      Ribbon is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Control and Warehouse Manager to lead and manage our warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence. This individual will play a critical role in executing Oracle-based inventory transactions, supporting fulfillment and logistics teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of customer orders.

      The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, with deep expertise in Oracle systems and a strong leadership background.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead and manage the warehouse team in executing all Oracle transactions, including inventory receipts, delivery order processing, and ship confirmation.

      • Collaborate closely with Fulfillment and Logistics teams to understand delivery requirements and ensure timely, accurate customer order shipments.

      • Develop and maintain strategies with carriers for stocking, pickups, and complex delivery coordination.

      • Support and track inventory movements such as transfers between facilities, supplier receipts, and reverse logistics.

      • Partner with IT to identify and resolve Oracle transaction issues such as “stuck records” during receipts, picking, and shipping processes.

      • Oversee the quarterly excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory process, including data collection, reporting, disposition, and Oracle transactions.

      Requirements:

      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in a tech or manufacturing environment.

      • Proven ability to lead and manage warehouse teams and daily Oracle inventory transactions.

      • Demonstrated experience supporting logistics and fulfillment operations.

      • Strong understanding of carrier strategy and delivery execution.

      • Experience managing inventory movements, receipts, and shipments using Oracle.

      • Ability to manage E&O inventory cycles and reporting.

      Systems & Applications:

      • Expert-level proficiency with Oracle systems and Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS)

      • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC)

      • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for inventory and performance analysis

      Business Knowledge:

      • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control processes, and material flow

      • Experience with storage models and best practices in warehouse layout and efficiency

      • Proficient in cycle counting and physical inventory execution within Oracle

      • Proven leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment

      Location: This role is El Paso, TX preferred, but we are open to remote candidates with the right background and experience.
