      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
      • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
      • Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
      • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
      • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
      • Generate reports and provide analysis on inventory levels, trends, and variances.
      Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
      • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
      • Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
      • Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
      • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
