- Troubleshoot/investigate inventory discrepancies (In multiple systems) throughout warehouse and investigate in the Work-in-Process (WIP) areas
- Ability to investigate in multiple systems/bulk locations and run weekly aging report for sub-inventories and take actions to help clear aging items
- Create process documents for inventory control department tasks and review/identify areas of improvement within a process
- Assist teammates on Garmin documentation, requirements, and investigation techniques
- Manage day to day priorities, monitor cycle count back log, assist with daily cycle counts, coordinate suppliers/vendors, and complete inventory reconciliation
- Complete Cycle Count Quarterly Compile Downloads from software, Daily Cycle Count Adjustments/Investigation Reporting, and Global Cycle Count Metrics Monthly updates
- Mentor Inventory Control Cycle Counters on Garmin documentation, requirements, and techniques as well as any new or revised procedures and methods
- Ensure counts and investigations are strategically aligned with team goals
- Cleanliness zone area requirements: This position requires Garmin provided personal protective equipment including Safety Shoes o to be always worn for an entire shift to minimize the risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD) and meet specified standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess a minimum of 4 years inventory handling or related experience and must include a minimum of 1 years experience in Inventory Control (Daily Cycle Counting and investigation experience)
- Ability to investigate effectively with minimal supervision and partnering with management to finalize investigations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment
- Ability to communicate with other sites for Cycle Counting support
- Must be able to certify and operate material handling equipment and able to work at high elevation

Overview
We are seeking a full-time Inventory Control Coordinator in our Miramar, FL location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all the inventory processes in a smooth manner, familiarity with various inventory management systems and possess excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
