      Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am to 330pm

      Pay: $22.10 per hour; overtime and bonus eligible

      What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

      · Manage and control the levels of inventory in the site, reducing the cost to carry inventory and meet the demand requirements.

      · Maintain log sheets for inventory bin locations and perform daily cycle counts of inventory items and adjust in ERP System if necessary.

      · Distribute and maintain daily scrap and movement reports.

      · Perform Validation of daily production, creating binning assignments, and uploading validated inventory into ERP system.

      · Maintain a logbook surrounding any changes, problems, shortages, excess, and obsolescence of any inventory item.

      · Maintain metrics and tracking of KPI’s for presenting to Management.

      · Perform inbound receipts in ERP system as well as track discrepancies for overages and shortages.

      · Knowledge of the item numbers used within the business to accurately enter and transact movement and orders.

      · Maintain min/max levels in ERP System based on historical usage and peak season factors for system generated suggested orders.

      · Work with the management team on Value Stream Mapping and Inventory Layout and adherence.

      · Root cause and determine best practice standards on any issues and discrepancies.

      · Perform Vendor Sales Orders including manual entry of items not having scanning capability.

      · Support Vendor Invoice Reconciliations and conduct Direct Vendor communication with PO discrepancies, shipments and updates.

      · Perform inventory cycle counts of both physical vs on hand inventory in ERP as outlined by management.

      · Perform other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

      What You’ll Need (Qualifications):

      · Experience with inventory management.

      · Bedding/furniture industry experience preferred.

      · Prior employment in inventory warehousing.

      · Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs.
