- Req#: 139818
- Expedite repair parts or services needed for EQS and Facilities failures.
- Collaborate with Technicians and Supervisors on part identification and usage.
- Place requisitions, purchase orders, amend current purchase orders by changing dates, amounts or cancel existing orders to support the needs of the department.
- Manage cycle counts, min/max quantities and ensure on hand supply of critical spares.
- Work with corporate purchasing and negotiate with supplier for best price break and delivery available.
- Follow up on late or incorrect deliveries.
- Approve or disapprove invoices for repair and/or services.
- Communicate weekly with accounting to establish identification on repair charges.
- Monitor daily transactions to the maintenance account and scan for non-department charges.
- Review and collate internal reporting from finance bi-weekly reports for Facility Manager review.
- Use CMMS / EAM system to plan and kit parts for PMs and projects.
- Release and schedule PMs based on tech availability and equipment access.
- Ensure on hand supply of critical spares for corrective repairs via cycle counts, min/max management, and timely replenishment of consumed parts and supplies.
- Lead technician habits and behaviors to accurately support CMMS/EMS utilization.
- 2-4 years related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
