      Job Duties:

      • Expedite repair parts or services needed for EQS and Facilities failures.
      • Collaborate with Technicians and Supervisors on part identification and usage.
      • Place requisitions, purchase orders, amend current purchase orders by changing dates, amounts or cancel existing orders to support the needs of the department.
      • Manage cycle counts, min/max quantities and ensure on hand supply of critical spares.
      • Work with corporate purchasing and negotiate with supplier for best price break and delivery available.
      • Follow up on late or incorrect deliveries.
      • Approve or disapprove invoices for repair and/or services.
      • Communicate weekly with accounting to establish identification on repair charges.
      • Monitor daily transactions to the maintenance account and scan for non-department charges.
      • Review and collate internal reporting from finance bi-weekly reports for Facility Manager review.
      • Use CMMS / EAM system to plan and kit parts for PMs and projects.
      • Release and schedule PMs based on tech availability and equipment access.
      • Ensure on hand supply of critical spares for corrective repairs via cycle counts, min/max management, and timely replenishment of consumed parts and supplies.
      • Lead technician habits and behaviors to accurately support CMMS/EMS utilization.

      Miniumum Qualifications

      • 2-4 years related experience
      • High school diploma or equivalent
