      THE OPPORTUNITY:

      The Inventory Control Specialist plays a critical role in the success of the Fulfillment team. Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor, the Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for inventory accuracy, cycle counting, reconciliation, and storage of raw material, WIP and finished good inventory.

      IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

      • Be responsible for creating, counting, and reconciling cycle counts daily
      • Ensure all on site inventory including raw materials, WIP and Finished goods are put away accurately and in a timely manner
      • Work on inventory flow and inventory storage related projects
      • Collaborate with the customer facing team and production for resolving discrepancies in inventories related to RMA’s
      • Process credits and inventory adjustments
      • Complete systematic inventory transactions including movement of inventory and stock adjustments daily
      • Rotate stock regularly to ensure FIFO practices are followed, especially with product packaging changes
      • Read / understand inventory reports, and proactively take action to resolve any issues
      • Understand and follow all safety procedures and operate in a safe manner
      • Participate in cross functional continuous improvement activities
      • Assist the Fulfillment Team with daily order processing as needed
      • Preform order checking for accuracy

      YOU'LL BRING:

      • Minimum 2-4 years of fast paced distribution / warehouse experience
      • Experience in a high volume, high mix environment
      • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
      • Proficient math and organizational skills
      • Ability to multitask
      • Financial acumen (Preferred)
      • Ability to work cross functionally with other departments
      • Continuous Improvement experience and or ability to learn CI/Lean concepts
      • Proficient using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
      • Frequently lift / move up to 40lbs.
      • WMS Experience
