      This role involves dealing with both the client and warehouse team members. The person we are looking for needs to be able to multi task, prioritise and deliver excellent customer service every time. Stock investigation and quality control are also key elements of this role, along with other general tasks.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • To coordinate and participate in the cycle count activities of the agencies
      • To accurately maintain SKU properties within the WMS
      • To accurately complete quality control functions for inbound product
      • To take the lead with key customer stocktakes

      WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE?

      • Experience working in a high volume 3PL warehouse environment
      • Excellent analytical skills and strong prioritisation skills
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal, oral and written
      • Proficient with Manhattan, MS Excel and MS Outlook
      • Able to multitask and have good attention to detail
      • Current both a hoist and a reach licence
      • Experience / knowledge of warehouse operations and freight processes including dispatch and inbound
      • Experience in SAP and TMS would be an advantage
