      WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

      The primary mission of the Deployment Planner III is to provide the highest service level and fill rate possible within the working capital constraints of the financial plan. They also will help the team recognize areas of automation and system adjustments to continuously improve our processes.

      The Deployment Planner III supports and continuously improves Lennox’s stores / retail inventory management policies and processes. This role supports the organization in recognizing a shortage or system issue in deployment and moving inventory where needed to cover orders/demand.

      The Deployment Planner III will analyze the trade-off between where inventory should be moved and if it meets the guidelines/criteria for movement. This information will be used to continuously improve Lennox’s distribution performance.They also will proactively reach out to field team members who need additional training and Supply Chain awareness.

      The Deployment Planner III will be responsible for managing the seasonal transitions, in addition to redeployment and the inventory assortment at multiple tiers of the distribution network including Hybrids and Stores. They also will proactively see where inventory movement is needed for uncovered orders before the field has to ask on key items we are stocked out.

      The Compensation range for this position is approximately $73,600- $96,600 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

      Qualifications

      WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

      • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Materials, Operations Management, Business, or Industrial Engineering)
      • +5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
      • +3 years of experience in Inventory Planning
      • +2 year of Inventory Optimization experience (Tools Group SO99 a plus)
      • APICS – CPIM certification
      • Working knowledge of SAP ECC & APO SNP
      • Excellent knowledge of inventory planning theory, practices, and processes
