      Job Description

      You will play a key role in the control and movement of Merchandise inventory for the Merchandise & Retail Operations department while maintaining the system inventory database and system integrity. In addition, you will manage the Third-Party warehousing relationship and support the Operations team with inventory reporting and analysis.

      • Manage the relationship with Third Party Logistics Company (3PL).
      • Coordinate deliveries from 3PL to retail locations, located at Scotiabank Arena, Real Sports Apparel, BMO Field, Coca-Cola Coliseum, Paramount FFC and Mustang (Ecommerce).
      • Manage the shipping calendar.
      • Monitor, track, and correct shipping errors with appropriate communication with suppliers.
      • Manage Order Book to ensure timely product deliveries.
      • Reconcile receiving variances.
      • Site-to-site transfers.
      • Coordinate timely product returns to vendors.
      • Manage cresting booth sheets with player SKU matrices in Yellow Dog.
      • Upload min/max adjustments.
      • Oversee Inventory Management – by providing weekly and monthly inventory analysis and analytical support.
      • Build and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
      • Perform functions relating to the “super-user” of the inventory system and category setup.
      • Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as required.
      • Assist Accounts Payable in ensuring receipts are accurate and completed on time.
      • Communicate with vendors regarding credit issuances & liaison with AP on them.
      • Coordinate yearly inventory physical counts.

      Qualifications

      • Inventory and supply chain management experience.
      • Proven skills in inventory analysis and reporting.
      • Hands on inventory logistics and retail operations experience.
      • Applied software knowledge of Yellow Dog is an asset.
      • Exceptional understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
      • Ability to work as part of a team and independently/self-starter/ takes initiative.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • High attention to detail.
      • Exceptional people, presentation, and communication skills.
      • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
      • Preference for a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to work evenings/weekends as required.
