      INVENTORY ASSOCIATE

      The Inventory Associate is responsible for proactive creation of inventory items on the HHG Commerce sites designated for the client. This role is responsible for the daily monitoring and continuity of the Commerce sites developed for the client. This role is also responsible for understanding the business rules related to and overseeing the disposal of obsolescent Commerce inventory.

      This will be a hybrid position based in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This role will be required to be on-site 2-3 days per week, with the ability to work from home the remaining days.u00A0 u00A0

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Manage inventory program from creation of item to customer order point.
      • Understand all goods due in and ensure proper system u00A0 categorization
      • Review inventory statuses daily and respond to changes u00A0 as needed to ensure continuity of inventory levels and accurate u00A0 reporting
      • Manage/update system based on changing needs of client as instructed by account client services team. u00A0
      • Maintain accurate records of inbound requests and be able to report current status through u00A0 completion .
      • Complete data collection templates for products to appear on client ecommerce sites in coordination with the ecommerce support team.
      • Ensure ecommerce site matches warehouse management system and all commerce items on the site are accurately represented (images, pricing, weights, availability, description, and relevancy).
      • Log and track requests that fall out of process, reporting them to account and operations leadership.
      • Report inventory activities and variances.
      • Support and promote inventory control procedures and best practices.

      REQUIREMENTS

      • Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
      • 1-2 u00A0 yearsu2019 experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures.
      • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel.
      • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while working independently.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Understanding of distribution workplaces u00A0 is u00A0 preferred
      • Experience managing data and schedules in a proprietary system or u00A0 database
      • Ability to learn quickly and be flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced u00A0 environment.
      • Proven track record of continually meeting or achieving established u00A0 goals
