      Job Description

      Facilitates orders for consumable lab inventory replenishment
      Manages customers point of use or stockroom inventory
      Responsible for logistical activities such as shipping and receiving of materials through coordination with 3rd party couriers
      May handle and manage chemicals, including hazardous materials
      Basic order entry and follow-up on existing backorders
      Handles and manages chemicals, including hazardous materials
      Updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
      Perform other duties as assigned


      QUALIFICATIONS
      High school diploma or GED required
      1-2 years experience in material handling/inventory replenishment or customer service a PLUS
      Knowledge of scientific products and services a PLUS


      KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
      Conform to all company and customer requirements for background checks, health and safety issues, security clearances
      Strong communication skills
      Excellent Customer Service Skills; display a professional can-do attitude
