      • Position Summary
        • The Inventory Services Representative, under the direction of the Manager or Supervisor of Supply Chain Operations, is responsible for inventory location maintenance, par optimization, and item level system maintenance of inventory at designated MaineHealth location. The ISR will work closely with the Inventory Service Coordinator to support key supply chain initiatives and safety practices as appropriate and demonstrate MaineHealth core values when interacting with co-workers, patients, and their families.
      • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
        • Education: High School diploma or college coursework preferred.
        • License/Certifications: N/A
        • Experience: Previous Supply Chain operational expertise such as floor stocking, buyer, warehouse distribution preferred.
        • Specialized training in material management field strongly desired.
        • Experience with computer based materiel management systems required.
        • Working knowledge of Office Suite – Word/Excel/Powerpoint required.
        • Demonstrated ability to learn and work efficiently with a variety of computer applications required.
        • Oral and written communication needs to be professional, clear and concise.
