      Req#: 27490

      As our Regional Service Coordinator, you will play a vital part in our Aberdeen operations. Working alongside our service facility team to ensure we are right sizing our inventory to enable faster servicing and turnaround of our rental tool fleet and satisfy customer requirements. Attention to detail is critical, as you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our ERP system, reviewing and actioning shipping documents including customs clearance procedures.

      Your day-to-day will include:

      • Managing all inventory transactions in JDE ERP system.
      • Globally reviewing inventory to pull in required items in a timely manner.
      • Raising purchase orders on 3rd party vendors.
      • Providing the relevant instructions to assist with clearing inbound shipments.
      • Maintaining reports, to ensure system is accurate and up to date.
      • Liaising with local workshop to ensure they have the relevant parts to turn tools around.
