      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct preliminary investigations on benefit fraud allegations
      - Review requests for fraud investigations and assign cases to field investigators
      - Oversee the scanning of Reports of Investigation into the electronic filing system
      - Provide administrative support functions for OSI units statewide
      - Attend staff meetings, assist colleagues with various projects, and perform other duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must obtain and show proof of a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
      - Successfully pass background and reference checks
      - Maintain ACJIS Terminal Operator Certification
      - Background or experience with investigations, research, records management, and/or case management
      - Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in investigations, research, records management, or case management
