What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process investigator payments accurately and timely according to study protocols
- Maintain documentation and records related to investigator payments in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and address inquiries from investigators
- Develop and implement processes to streamline investigator payment procedures
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to investigator payments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to investigator payments (e.g., Sunshine Act, FMV)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
