Get the chance to define and differentiate yourself as an investor and build strategic relationships with investment banks, private equity sponsors, best-in-class fund managers and industry executives.

Reporting to a Managing Director, you will play a key role in the Private Credit team’s efforts to significantly grow the portfolio. Private Credit is a dynamic and fast-growing team with an excellent track record in deploying capital in unique and complex credit opportunities targeting low- to mid-double-digit returns and a path to triple its existing multi-billion AUM in the next few years.

As part of a dynamic Capital Markets environment, you will be exposed to the different strategies and risk-taking styles within the broader group through regular interactions.

      • Build relationships with existing and prospective external and internal partners
      • Evaluate and monitor the ongoing performance of the portfolio
      • Support ongoing strategic initiatives and reporting requirements

      What you'll need

      • Undergraduate/post-graduate degree with excellent academic performance in finance or a related technical discipline (e.g., economics, business, engineering)
      • 1+ years of relevant investment or transaction work experience (e.g., leveraged finance, investment banking, asset management, private credit, private equity, transaction advisory services)
      • High proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and quantitative analysis
      • Experience in deal execution process, including conducting due diligence
      • Excellent analytical skills and ability to perform in-depth analysis
      • Professionalism, strong work ethic and initiative, communication, and presentation skills
      • High self-motivation with a desire to learn and ability to balance competing priorities and manage work/projects independently
