Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities and strategy while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals and performance indicators.
Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product area vision, strategies, and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback.
Facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.
Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas.
Be consistently and actively present and in cadenced communication with product leadership and product area team members.
- 4+ years of Securities Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
Knowledge of the Equity Swaps business, in particular, Portfolio swaps, CFDs, Pay to Hold, non-US Swaps business, etc
5+ years of industry related experience
Prior experience in product development or change management capacity as a lead or influencer
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align
Knowledge of FINRA regulations and or licenses (such as the Series 7) helpful
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Base pay range for this position in New York is 275,000.00 - 275,000.00 USD
May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards
