This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.
HarbourVest Partners is currently seeking candidates for 2–3 year pre-MBA Associate positions in its Direct Investment Group in Boston, MA. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2 – 3 years of top-tier investment banking, consulting, or equity research experience
