Job Description

- Build complex capital structure transaction models for a range of different potential scenario outcomes
- Research, monitor and analyse financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions for use in advising clients
- Perform detailed credit analysis, and prepare other ad hoc financial analyses
- Engage in due diligence processes
- Evaluate credit documents
- Provide support in managing the overall transaction process and timeline
- Oversee analysts in the preparation of presentation and transaction materials
- Work closely with senior team members and clients on transaction executions
- Develop and deliver expert knowledge across a range of different industries
- Provide ideas and leverage to senior bankers on new business opportunities
- Train and provide guidance to analysts
- Establish and maintain the trust and respect of clients
- At least 2 years of experience in a leading Investment Bank, Boutique or Credit Fund
- Demonstratable knowledge in financial restructuring, leveraged finance and/or related relevant experience
- Strong financial modelling, finance and accounting skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment and enjoy collaborating with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail and desire to take initiative
- Fluent proficiency (written and spoken) in European languages is a bonus, especially French and German
