      Perella Weinberg Partners is actively seeking a Restructuring Associate to join in London. Perella Weinberg Partners provides comprehensive advisory services in complex restructuring, turnaround, distressed, and liability management situations, with a tailored approach that generates optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. Associates at Perella Weinberg Partners work closely with highly-experienced professionals as members of deal teams providing a broad range of financial advisory services to the Firm’s clients around the world. Associates work on high-profile, complex engagements and transactions and have direct exposure to clients, including senior management teams and institutional investors.


      Responsibilities:

      • Build complex capital structure transaction models for a range of different potential scenario outcomes
      • Research, monitor and analyse financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions for use in advising clients
      • Perform detailed credit analysis, and prepare other ad hoc financial analyses
      • Engage in due diligence processes
      • Evaluate credit documents
      • Provide support in managing the overall transaction process and timeline
      • Oversee analysts in the preparation of presentation and transaction materials
      • Work closely with senior team members and clients on transaction executions
      • Develop and deliver expert knowledge across a range of different industries
      • Provide ideas and leverage to senior bankers on new business opportunities
      • Train and provide guidance to analysts
      • Establish and maintain the trust and respect of clients

      Qualifications / Experience:

      • At least 2 years of experience in a leading Investment Bank, Boutique or Credit Fund
      • Demonstratable knowledge in financial restructuring, leveraged finance and/or related relevant experience
      • Strong financial modelling, finance and accounting skills
      • Ability to work well in a team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment and enjoy collaborating with others
      • Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail and desire to take initiative
      • Fluent proficiency (written and spoken) in European languages is a bonus, especially French and German

      The successful candidate will be certified for the applicable certification function under the Senior Manager Certification Regime (SMCR).
