      This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business.

      As an Analyst within the Investment Banking France Coverage team, you will assist in the origination and execution of public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across all industry sectors, equity and debt capital markets advisory on various types of capital and debt raising transactions such as listings, rights issues, acquisition & leveraged finance in France together with other bankers from the team, as well as colleagues from industry, country and other product teams in other regions/countries.       Job responsibilities

      • Prepare presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials for use in transactions or strategic client dialogue
      • Conduct detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading and transaction comparables and LBO analysis
      • Perform detailed combination models, transaction structuring and other financial analysis
      • Participate in day-to-day deal execution, interacting with senior deal team members, client management teams, transaction counterparties and other advisors
      • Assist clients in due diligence by coordinating the information flow, supervising calls and meetings between the parties, as well as reviewing and analyzing company information
      • Support senior management and coverage bankers in origination efforts
      • Liaise with other team members, industry coverage bankers and other product partners to deliver the firm to our clients

      Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

      • Relevant experience in Investment Banking including experience in the day-to-day execution of different types of M&A processes
      • Proficient financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills, including to perform DCF, LBO, trading and transaction comparables, accretion/dilution, combined financial statements and value creation analysis
      • Thorough knowledge of corporate finance and accounting, as well as understanding of legal and tax aspects related to M&A transactions
      • Ability to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature manner
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with different deal teams
      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity
      • Excellent technology skills with superior Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications
      • Fluent in France and English
