- Assisting in execution of mandated deals
- Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
- Gathering public information through numerous sources
- Creating financial model analyses
- Generating discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation metrics
- Building company forecast models
- Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and/or M&A assignments
- Producing and maintaining various databases
- General research
- University degree or equivalent
- Hardworking, resilient, enthusiastic and professional work ethic
- Sound judgement with strong analytical and quantitative skills and high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levels
- Teamwork approach with colleagues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 3 month internship with possibility to continue as Analyst depending on the commitment and attitude demonstrated. Must be available to start in June 2025 and work through to end of August 2025
