Siemens Financial Services Equity Finance (SFS EQ) offers a broad variety of equity financing solutions to make these projects happen, both for the customer and the involved Siemens Operating and Strategic companies. SFS EQ takes an active owner role by providing up to 50% of the required equity of a project, platform, or company investment over the lifetime (development, construction, operation). SFS EQ Asia Australia (SFS EQ AA) has offices in Mumbai, Singapore, and Sydney. The role of an Investment Manager in SFS EQ AA is to support the origination, due diligence, structuring, negotiations and execution of equity investments in energy and infrastructure projects, target companies, funds and platforms. Key job responsibilities: Participate in the origination, analysis, structuring, negotiations and execution of equity investments. Assess opportunities and risks in potential investments, as part of generating and managing a deal pipeline Conduct financial assessment of new investment opportunities and evaluate the viability of investment targets As part of deal teams (whose core members are from Origination, Risk, Finance and Legal), liaise with relevant project parties and drive the due diligence, transaction execution and internal approval process Maintain sound understanding of the energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as current market conditions and financing trends What skills and experience will you bring to the role?
