      JPMorgan Chase’s Investment Middle Office (IMOS) acts as the Middle Office for our clients across a range of products, including but not limited to Listed Securities, Cash, ETDs, OTCs, Repos, Bank Loans and CFDs

      IMOS deals with all stages of the lifecycle for each product from broker matching, management of the client’s custodial network, lifecycle events including corporate events, ensuring timely settlement of trades and cash, management of claims and overdrafts, client / regulatory reporting and input into the production of our Investment Book of Record delivery (IBOR).

      The IBOR team, specifically, provides a single, accurate investment portfolio upon which to base investment activities around and is the basis for multiple, dynamic views of positions for front-office functions. IBOR is not simply a data repository supporting the investment function though, it is a processing engine capable of reflecting essentially every type of business event affecting the investment portfolio and is capable of processing these changes as they occur, no matter what their source.

      Ultimately, it is the key responsibility of the IBOR team to provide premier service delivery and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the IBOR to our end clients. Additionally, the IBOR service delivery team liaises with our clients, and / or any associated financial organisations as required, to ensure any issues are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.

      Job r esponsibilities:

      • Ownership and/or active participation of key global projects or tasks to ensure the continued IMOS global strategy is maintained as required
      • Maintain global Governance reporting across specific projects and represent the team, where appropriate, at required forums and meetings
      • Maintain RAID logs and escalate as required; and maintain project plans and ensure appropriate tracking of dependencies
      • Become a regional / global subject matter expert in specific workflow/operational processes and systems; as well as r eview, identify and recommend specific operational process or model improvements
      • Build solid and interactive internal relationships with global operations, product and technology partners, client service and other products
      • Be a point of contact within the Global IMOS Operations team for a client, or clients, and internal partners to build strong relationships in order to support key implementation activity and continued premier service delivery
      • Lead regular client meetings and discussions in relations to inflight implementation activity managing client expectations where required

      Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

      • Ability to manage multiple change items concurrently across a large global operating model
      • Ability to effectively communicate and partner with key stakeholders to help advance change agenda and manage client expectations
      • Experience in developing project plans and managing their execution
      • Experience in operational process design and implementation
      • Experience of client reporting systems and modelling advantageous
      • Ability to work across functionally with technology, service, product and other operations teams
      • Strong organizational and time management skills

      Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

      • Ability to demonstrate personal initiative, ownership and accountability
      • Effective interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills
      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio and Project; experience in process flow analysis/mapping. Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau and Xceptor a definite plus.
      • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused with ability to work independently
