      American Money Management Corporation is a subsidiary that provides investment services for AFG and its affiliated companies. AMMC is currently looking for an Investment Operations Analyst or a Senior Investment Operations Analyst in our downtown Cincinnati office. The title and job level are dependent upon the candidates' skills, background, and experiences.

      Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

      • Work with senior trading team and outside trading partners to process and settle trades timely and accurately

      • Communicate internally with Accounting, Tax, and Finance Departments

      • Assist management with the creation of reports, spreadsheets and other financial documents related to investments and securities

      • Interact with financial software including Bloomberg and Clearwater

      • Provide back-up support for other members of the Investment Operations team

      • May maintain files (paper and electronic), including highly confidential information as well as legal documentation for trades

      • Performs other duties as assigned

      Job Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
      • 3-8+ years of administrative, financial or trading experience in a corporate environment is preferred
      • Must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
      • Ability to effectively multi-task when needed
      • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
      • Ability to work with individuals at all levels
      • Must be able to work with internal and external customers and have the ability to show initiative with strong decision-making skills
      • Basic accounting or trading knowledge is strongly preferred
