      Spring 2023 - Febuary/March Start

      Investment Performance Associates in the Client Reporting Group are responsible for all aspects of performance report production; including coordination with multiple internal teams and external clients, data input, reconciliation, client report administration, exhibit generation, and quality control. The position is operations focused and includes back/middle-office responsibilities to support Cambridge Associates’ multiple services.

      · Assume ownership and accountability for the end-to-end process of delivering monthly and quarterly performance reports to investment teams across multiple client assignments and asset classes. This process includes utilizing both proprietary and external industry applications and developing a skillset to ensure quality over reporting components such as client portfolio structure, transactions, market values, performance, and benchmarks

      · Fulfill time-sensitive data requests regarding performance methodology and data investigation and analysis

      · Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, providing professional customer service and demonstrating strong communication skills

      QUALIFICATIONS

      · Bachelor’s degree (any major); minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred

      · The ability to operate in a highly productive, customer service-oriented, and team environment

      · A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines

      · Effective written and oral communication skills

      · An interest in finance and desire to learn more about the operational side of investments industry

      · Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or restriction now and in the future

      · This role can be located in Arlington, VA or Boston, MA
