      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide practice support and sales enablement for Financial Professionals (FPs)
      - Focus on defined segments to support FPs in building and growing their practices
      - Conduct inbound and outbound calls, virtual and in-person meetings, and occasional participation in conferences and events
      - Support advisory and brokerage accounts, including mutual funds, equities, fixed income, third party managed accounts, and alternative investments
      - Assist with training, product knowledge, practice management, investment research, developing historical illustrations, and presenting sales ideas

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 4+ years of investment industry experience
      - FINRA Licenses Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) required
      - Demonstrated relationship management, sales, customer service, and presentation skills
      - Experience with managed accounts, mutual funds, and brokerage

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with investment products, Financial Professionals, or end-clients
      - Problem resolution skills and a sales-oriented mindset
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Morningstar Advisor Workstation
      - Progress towards or desire to pursue advanced industry designations
