DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Conduct quantitative analyses of information involving investment programs in order to provide financial services to businesses and individuals. Perform economic research and studies of rates of return and investment. Create financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development and new marketing strategies. Support and contribute to the development and delivery of proprietary and third-party investment fund solutions for clients of the Private Bank. Across transaction management and project development, partner with fund management teams, principals, and internal stakeholders to provide ideas and insights contributing to the overall development and enhancement of alternative investment business strategy. Structure and scope new ideas / enhancements to existing investment funds, including understanding relevant tax issues and regulatory requirements. Work with internal/external legal counsel and tax colleagues to analyze investment offering materials. Utilize appropriate firm and industry resources to complete analysis of investment strategy, competitor funds, and market positioning. Educate and advise investment Product Specialists on relevant fund terms to ensure that they are equipped to answer questions from regional teams. Develop marketing, training materials and sales tools including flipbook presentations and fact sheets for private clients. Coordinate ongoing relationship management with investment fund management teams, private bank marketers and internal and external service alternative investment group partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in any field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as Investment Product Specialist, Financial Analyst, Credit/Lending Analyst, Investments Specialist, or related occupation. Requires experience in the following: working within or on behalf of distribution channels catering to high net worth and ultra-high net worth investors in the financial services industry; alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and hedge funds; evaluating and negotiating legal contracts concerning private placements, including credit terms for high net worth and ultra-high net worth investors; reviewing and evaluating private fund structures, organizational and offering documents, including fee, liquidity and credit terms; preparing marketing materials and presentations for high net worth and ultra-high net worth investors; and working with private placement regulatory & tax frameworks in the United States, Cayman Islands, Europe, Canada & Singapore. Must also possess FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses at the time of hire or within 120 days of hire. Employer-provided support available for costs associated with preparation, registration, and licensing costs/fees.

Full-Time. Salary: $173,555.00-$173,555.00 per year.
