      We have a unique opportunity for a career driven Investment Propositions Manager to join our supportive and tenacious team. This is a great job for someone who wants ownership of proposition design and the autonomy to deliver it, with support from our wider investment propositions team!

      You will play a leading role for Aviva Wealth and Advice (specifically Aviva Workplace) in support of delivering our pledge under the Mansion House Compact to allocate 5 per cent of assets in Aviva’s default funds to unlisted equities by 2030. This will involve ownership of proposition design, including input into the investment strategy, creating messaging, and testing / promotion of the proposition both internally and externally!

      A bit about the job:

      In your role as the Investment Propositions Manager, you will develop market and competitor insights to inform proposition development, leveraging research and industry networks, including building a deep understanding of Aviva’s competitors and their propositions. You will develop customer insights by working with distribution teams and external stakeholders (e.g., trustees, advisers) to inform proposition development and serve as investment subject matter expert during meetings with clients, prospective clients and advisers. Additionally, you will collaborate with the distribution and marketing on go-to-market strategies to ensure business and customer benefits are realised through effective take to market strategies.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • Excellent understanding of the UK corporate pensions market and its evolution
      • Understanding of investment markets, asset classes, fund types, asset management techniques and styles, including a strong understanding of ESG. Particularly strong understanding of private asset classes
      • Ability to communicate complex issues to both internal and external stakeholders
      • Customer focused, driven and passionate
      • Strong, effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills

      • Starting salary circa £80,000 (National) and circa £120,000 (London based applicants) depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
