- 2-3+ years of marketing or sales experience in financial services.
- Good understanding of investment products such as mutual funds, annuities, managed portfolios, and retirement plans.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, or 65/66 licenses preferred.
- Possesses the professional skills appropriate to the job title.
- Able to work both independently and cohesively with others; fosters team environment.
- Experience with third-party broker-dealer programs (e.g., LPL, Raymond James, Cetera) is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting investment/wealth management programs.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Proven sales skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong public relations skills.
- Minimum - $69,092
- Maximum - $110,546

Position Summary
The Marketing and Sales Senior Section Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing strategies that promote growth and visibility for the credit union’s investment services program. This position supports the success of the financial advisors and overall investment program by leading marketing campaigns, driving internal referrals, and enhancing member/client engagement through compliant and targeted outreach. Also, help manage the Licensed Bank Employee Program (LBE).
