      DESCRIPTION:

      Duties: Conduct investment reviews with clients to validate the clients’ current investment objectives and prepare recommendations of appropriate investment products. Develop investment policy statements and advise on asset allocation. Close sales of complex investment products. Focus on qualified purchaser clients and act as primary resource for investment communication. Build working relationships with internal clients. Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures regarding securities transactions and code of conduct. Support coordination of sales effort with Capital Advisors, Trust Officers, and Wealth Advisors. Bring in new wealth management clients.


      QUALIFICATIONS:

      Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Investment, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Investment Specialist, Investment/Financial Product Solutions Associate, Financial Sales Associate, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Investment, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Investment Specialist, Investment/Financial Product Solutions Associate, Financial Sales Associate, or related occupation.

      Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Requires experience in the following: Bloomberg; AUM flows; revenue growth; hedge funds, private equity, and alternative investments including private credit and direct real estate; executing trades and managing brokerage activity; sales experience including profiling, overcoming objectives, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale, and asking for referrals; and wealth management including credit, deposits, trusts, and financial planning.

      Job Location: 1900 N Arkard Street, Dallas, TX 75201. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.
