      DESCRIPTION:

      Duties: Provide investment advice and solutions to high net worth clients in Brazil. Compare potential asset allocation strategies, generate multi-period projections based on complex market conditions using Monte Carlo Simulation analysis and VBA programming, and develop investment policy statements based on results of financial analysis. Utilize understanding of companies’ financial modeling and economic models for gross domestic product (GDP), inflation, and interest rates, as well as understanding of how they relate to strategic investment recommendations. Code and model internal process and reporting in Python. Conduct investment reviews with clients to validate the clients' current investment objectives, and prepare recommendations for appropriate investment products. Support sales efforts made by investors. Assist bankers to win new clients, and strengthen existing client relationships. Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures regarding securities transactions and code of conduct.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in a Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics (STEM), Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Investment Specialist, Banker/Investor/Financial Analyst, Consultant (Finance), or related occupation.

      Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following skills: articulating financial planning strategies and investment solutions to current and prospective high net worth clients in Brazil; private banking services including investments, mortgages, loans and trust and estates; constructing private banking client profiles and wealth portfolios based on current economic conditions; global practices within the private banking industry; cross-border banking regulations and laws applied to financial planning; creating presentations for clients using Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat PDF Pro; running portfolio analysis and financial modeling using Microsoft Excel; accessing economic news, financial market data/analytics, and price quotes using Thomson Reuters Eikon or Bloomberg Terminal; and analyzing legal documents related to finance and estate planning in Brazil, in accordance with Brazilian laws and regulations. This position requires experience with the following asset class products: Global Equities; Taxable and Emerging Markets Fixed Income; Private Equity; Venture Capital; Real Estate; Hedge Funds (including Macro, Long/Short Equity, Event-Driven, and Relative Value); Mutual Funds and Liquid Alternatives; Structured Products (including Phoenix Notes, Buffered Return Enhanced Notes, Callable Enhanced Market Plus, Annual Review Notes, Credit Linked Notes, Reverse Convertibles, and Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes); Commodities; Foreign Exchange and Rates; and Derivatives (including Listed Options, Over-the-Counter, Credit Derivatives, Asset Swaps, Credit Spread Options and Bonds, Nondeliverable Forwards, Cross-Currency Swaps, and Interest Rate Swaps).

      Job Location: 390 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10017. This position requires up to 20% international travel.

      Full-Time. Salary: $155,000.00-$160,000.00 per year.
