      What You’ll Do:

      We are seeking a Coordinator to support the Investment and Wealth Strategies team within Bernstein Private Wealth Management, a unit of AB. The Coordinator will work in a dynamic, trust-based partnership with multiple Senior Investment Strategists, providing seamless assistance and coordination with team members across various offices nationally. This role requires the ability to juggle and execute tasks across multiple executives effortlessly, ensuring smooth operations and communication. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist in ad-hoc reports and special projects as needed, requiring a high level of detail and follow-up.

      What We’re Looking For:

      The ideal candidate should have:

      • Exceptional organizational skills to effectively and accurately manage the calendars of five Investment Strategists, including scheduling external client meetings, internal appointments, and travel plans.

      • Proactive problem-solving abilities to anticipate the needs of executives and manage tasks and responsibilities without explicit direction, demonstrating a high level of initiative and self-motivation.

      • Discretion and confidentiality in handling complex and sensitive duties.

      • Coordination skills to organize senior-level internal/external meetings, webinars, and conference calls seamlessly.

      • Administrative proficiency to perform general duties in a timely manner, including preparing and revising correspondence, maintaining databases, reconciling monthly expenses, and managing reporting.

      • Attention to detail in assisting with ad-hoc reports and special projects, ensuring thorough follow-up.

      • Team-oriented mindset to contribute to a common goal of providing exceptional client service, including training new team members.

      • Flexibility and adaptability to serve as a resource for other Coordinators, easily taking on responsibilities for others when needed (e.g., when a colleague is out of office).

      • Strong relationship-building skills to develop trust and reliability with senior leaders as a capable partner.

      • Work the Approximate Hours of: 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Flexibility to work overtime as workload demands change

      • Initial training is primarily on-the-job, focusing on Bernstein solutions, content, processes and systems. Continuing education is designed to enhance job performance and improve knowledge of the capital markets, industry and economic trends, as well as enhanced knowledge of our services. Total compensation is competitive and comprises base salary plus overtime and discretionary bonus.

      The Investment Strategy team is a senior and highly impactful group within the Private Client Group. It currently comprises 14 Senior Investment Strategists, with 5 based in New York, 1 in Washington D.C., 2 in Miami, 1 in Chicago, 1 in Dallas, 1 in San Francisco, 1 in San Diego, and 1 in Los Angeles. The team is supported by 4 Quantitative Analysts, 2 Manager Research Associates, a Fixed Income Specialist, and 2 Investment and Product Analysts.

      The Investment Strategy Team is dedicated to enhancing the Investment Platform, driving Commercial Impact, and improving Brand Communication. As an Investment Strategist Senior Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Investment Strategists by removing obstacles and enabling them to perform their job effectively.

      In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is $60,000 to $65,000 annually. Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, commissions, year-end incentive compensation, short- and long-term incentives and Department-specific awards. In addition AB provides a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, sick and vacation time off.
