      Search for Common Ground is an international, non-sectarian, non-profit organization partnering with people around the world to ignite shared solutions to destructive conflicts.


      Search’s work cut across all levels of society to build sustainable peace through three main avenues:

      DIALOGUE+ MEDIA+ COMMUNITY

      Search has been working in Nigeria since 2004, using innovative approaches to promote peace building in areas of tension and to encourage understanding across ethnic, religious, and gender lines. With offices in Abuja, Jos, Maiduguri, Yola, Bayelsa, Port Harcourt, Benue, Taraba, Kaduna, Bauchi, and Warri, we are working to address conflict, utilizing consensus-based advocacy training, conflict resolution training, human rights monitoring and reporting, and the facilitation of dialogue processes that engage all levels of society.


      In accordance with the due process for award of contracts, Search for Common Ground Nigeria is soliciting competitive, sealed, bids from interested and reputable vendors with relevant experience in the following:


      SFCG/LOT/1

      Establishment/Support for EWER Situation room and

      Desk Office in Nine (9) COMITAS LGAs:

      1. Provision of solar installation, (Inverter 1.5KVA, 24V High breed solar installation).

      2. Office furniture and equipment,),

      3. Office renovation,

      4. Reinforcement of doors and windows with iron bars


      Location:

      Adamawa State (Demsa, Numan, Lamurde, Shelleng, Guyuk, Girei, Mayo-Belwa LGA’s)

      Taraba State (Zing and Lau LGAs)

      Establishment of mediation tents

      1. Flooring

      2. Construction and Set up of tents

      3. Provision of 20 plastic chairs

      Location:

      Adamawa State (LGA’s)

      Girei - Three (3) communities

      Demsa - Seven (7) Communities

      Numan - Three (3) Communities


      SFCG/LOT/3

      Establishment of mediation tents

      1.Flooring

      2.Construction and Set up of tents

      3.Provision of 20 plastic chairs

      Location:

      Adamawa State (LGA's)

      Shelleng - Four (4) communities

      Guyuk - Three (3) communities

      Lamurde - Three (3) communities


      SFCG/LOT/4

      Establishment of mediation tents

      1.Flooring

      2.Construction and Set up of tents

      3.Provision of 20 plastic chairs

      Location:

      Adamawa State (LGA's)

      Mayo-belwa - Four (4)communities

      Taraba State (LGA's)

      Zing - Two (2) communities

      Supply of items for CRN platforms: in 9 LGAs for 32 Communities

      1. Canopy,

      3. Public Address system

      Supply of items for Listenership Clubs in 32 Communities in 9 LGAs

      1. Canopy,

      2. Mats,

      3. Public Address Systems

      Supply of items to 2 PAD platforms: in Adamawa and Taraba States

      1. Office Equipment,

      2. Projector and Screen,

      3. Flip Chart Stand,

      4. Conference Chairs

      5. Public Address System


      SFCG/LOT/8

      Supply of items to 9 CSAD platforms: in 9 LGAs

      1. Canopy,

      2. Plastic Chairs,

      3. Public Address system

      Taraba State (Zing & Lau LGAs)

      Adamawa State (Shelleng, Guyuk, Lamurde, Mayo-Belwa, Girei, Numan, and Demsa LGAs)

      Requirements - In order to be considered for pre-qualification, interested and competent contractors/suppliers shall submit the following:
      • Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
      • Company’s Profile.
      • Evidence of Tax registration.
      • VAT registration certificate.
      • Evidence of similar job carried out (Local Knowledge is an added advantage).
      • Evidence of financial capability or bank support.

      Deadline for Submission
      • As contained in the tender document.
