- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure timely and accurate invoicing, including compliance with governmental rules and regulations
- Review invoices and process, determining root cause analysis on turnbacks
- Develop training material and procedures
- Report Metrics weekly
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to work on process improvements
- Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues
- Ability to work with different internal partners and customers
- Must be organized and practice good time management

- Basic VLab and ERP skills
- If needed, you must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a personnel security clearance (PCL) at the level of the facility clearance (FCL). If selected for this position, you will be required to present one of the following documents on your first day: Stamped US birth certificate, US Passport, or Certificate of Naturalization in the United States.
HS Diploma required; degree preferred - 5+ years of customer service, scheduling, data entry, contract review, inside sales or dormant accts experience
- Knowledge and experience in core business (i.e., Environmental testing, Dynamics testing, EMC testing, etc.) is a plus

JOB SUMMARY:
The Invoicing Specialist will be responsible for effectively supporting Cash Flow increase by ensuring all invoices being submitted to the NTS customer base are accurate. Will perform Root Cause Analysis on turnbacks. Will work with Collections and Customers to resolve payment issues.
