      Responsibilities

      The IOP Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and influencing Practice activities and the delivery of Business Services while maintaining continuous quality improvement. The IOP Coordinator maintains operations within budgetary parameters. Effectively interacts with patient, physicians, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional business conduct and service. The IOP Coordinator is accountable to the Director of Medical Group Operations and Integrations for the day-to-day management of personnel, including staffing, credential monitoring, time-keeping, employee evaluation, counseling, interview and selection of staff within established regulatory guidelines.

      Qualifications

      EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

      1. Master’s Degree in Social Work.2. In states without required licensure, then current registration with State Board is required within 3 months of hire. In states with required licensure, license required at time of hire and must be maintained.3. One to three years work experience in a Healthcare practice.4. Minimum of one (1) year outpatient experience with emphasis in mental health care.5. One to three years Management experience preferred.6. Experience in working with a wide range of problems (i.e., death and dying, substance abuse, disability, chronic illness, etc.)7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook.8. Knowledge of machines and equipment used in the Business Office area.9. Sexual Harassment training within 90 days of hire and bi-annually thereafter.
