  Infosys is seeking a IOS Mobile Application Developer - This position’s primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will assist in the technical design of large business systems; builds applications, interfaces between applications, understands data security, retention, and recovery. The role holder should be able to research on technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions & should contribute to technology-specific best practices & standards; contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including, reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, and scalability; contributes expertise on significant application components, program languages, databases, operating systems, etc.
  
  Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Reston, Virginia willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and / or travel to project locations.
  
  Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology.
  • Experience in iOS development
  • Experience in Objective-C and Swift and Swift UI
  • Experience in MVVM, MVC and Clean Architecture Patterns
  • Experience in concurrency and multithreading
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7 Years of experience in IOS development.
  • Experience in JavaScript
  • Experience in working with RESTFUL APIs and Jason to connect mobile applications to back-end
  • Experience in integrating iOS applications with backend services, primarily built in Java with frameworks like Spring Boot, Micronaut, or Jakarta E.
  • Experience building complex systems involving high volumes and high performance/throughput expectations
  • Should be good on Code coverage and Unit Test.
  • Must have good debugging skills
  • Software development leveraging Agile Scrum methodology
  • 100% hands-on role
  • Exposure in development and deployment to private/public cloud, DevOps experience
  • Ability & prior experience in performing a techno-functional role, anchoring technical solutions, working with Business stakeholders to understand the requirements, study existing applications/technical landscape, and collaborate with IT Architects to define technical solution keeping in mind the various integration touchpoints with existing operational systems.
  • Ability to guide the implementation teams spread across multiple time zones, through the implementation of the technical solution, based on project plan
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder collaborative environment.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery model & eagerness to pick up new technologies & product skills on the job.
  
  The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
