What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage primary communications with outside patent counsel and US and foreign patent offices
- Enter, monitor, and maintain prosecution details and deadlines into databases
- Create complex reports
- Execute payments of patent annuities and correspond with external stakeholders
- Coordinate document collection, processing, and execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of prior US and foreign patent docketing experience
- Familiarity with documents in USPTO, PCT, and foreign patent applications
- Experience using various patent docketing management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
