      POSITION SUMMARY:

      Implement Inspection for Incoming Parts and other assigned jobs. Make sure that no defect parts was released to next station.

      ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

      1. Implement quality inspection to Incoming Parts ;

      2. Implement Inspection to parts which in AE store / WIP/ FGI / QI location / FA Location etc per Purge or SIIR;

      3. Feedback quality issues to Supplier Quality Engineer;

      4. Assist Supplier Quality Engineer to monitor supplier’s performance

      5. Other duties as assigned.

      SKILLS:

      1. Ability of understand Incoming Inspection standard.

      2. PC skills, can properly make routing report with MS office tools.

      3. Can read / write some basic English file.

      4. Skills of electronic /Mechanical product inspection.

      5. Skill of IQC Measurement Tool Operation.

      6. Basic knowledge of ISO9000:2000.

      7. Knowledge and understanding of ESD practices.

      EXPERIENCE:
      Minimum 5 years of electronic product manufacturing quality inspection experiences, or proper education background without any work experiences.

      EDUCATION:

      High school graduated or above
