Join our Austin, Texas team to launch IQOS, a new premium heated tobacco product. IQOS has been successfully introduced in 82 markets worldwide. Now it is time to bring it to the U.S. and we are looking for Retail Specialist to make it happen. Mosaic has been retained by Philip Morris International’s U.S. affiliate, Triaga Inc., to operate Triaga’s retail channels in the U.S. IQOS Retail Specialist will welcome all legal-age smokers and nicotine users as they enter the store, be attentive and available to understand their needs and provide an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will be a goal-driven individual, expected to create and promote an extraordinary experience that is focused on the consumer, while guiding all legal-age smokers and nicotine users through relevant store experiences throughout the entirety of the interaction and purchase. What you’ll do: - Following procedures and local regulations, conduct a personalized product trial with a legal-age smoker or nicotine user, allowing them to experience the products and consumables while adapting to the individual (e.g., objections, concerns, etc). - Greet all new and returning legal-age smokers and nicotine users as they walk in store with a warm, friendly attitude and be attentive to their needs. - Use effective questioning to uncover the needs of legal-age smokers and nicotine users, understand their preferences, and other additional information to help convert them to smoke-free products. - Support daily inventory levels, movement and controls. - Register legal-age smoker/nicotine user in the digital database with their consent. - Consistent with a consumer-centric approach offer technical support with product and additional accessories (e.g. cleaning stick), replacements to aide in the legal-age smoker and nicotine users’ complete conversion to smoke-free products. - Monitor point of sale throughout the day for inventory. Have awareness of delivery schedule and follows correct protocol if stock runs out. Ensure product display in-store is consistent with client guidelines and that displays and devices are cleaned and functioning properly. - Complete accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts and prices and conducts physical inventories. - Manage execution of opening and closing procedures, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and system reconciliation. - Daily cleaning to meet guidelines and store standards. - Verification of interested consumers to ensure they are 21 years of age or above.About the company
