      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review human research protocols for compliance with governmental regulations and University policy
      - Maintain documentation of compliance reviews and determinations as required by federal regulations
      - Assist faculty, students, and staff in preparing human research protocols and develop training materials
      - Collaborate with other University compliance committees and various offices regarding research regulations
      - Write, review, and update IRB policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience with human subject research or related activities
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office
      - Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CIP (Certified IRB Professional) credential or eligibility to obtain within one year
      - Knowledge of federal regulations regarding the protection of human research participants
      - Experience in conducting human research
