- Bachelor’s or master’s degree within engineering, pharmaceutical science, business development or similar
- Experience from the pharmaceutical industry and IT systems, and an understanding of the GCP/GMP environment
- Fluency in Danish and English

The Position
In most of our clinical trials we use the IT systems (Interactive Response Technology - IRTs) called RTSM (Randomisation and Trial Supplies Management) or IWRS (Interactive Web Response System) to handle allocation of treatments to patients, manage shipments to clinical sites worldwide and ensure that we get the right data from our trials. The IRTs are set-up for each trial, and right now we operate RTSM/IWRS for estimated 60 trials.
As our new IRT Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily support of each of these individually build trials in the RTSM/IWRS, e.g.:

About the department
The position is in Trial Product Handling; a team of 14 dedicated colleagues responsible for maintaining IRT systems for all trials, handling temperature deviations in clinical trials, quality/training support and general trial product handling support to affiliates at clinical sites globally.
As part of Novo Nordisk’s R&D family, CMC Development & Scaling makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture, and distribute drug candidates for all Novo Nordisk non-clinical and clinical trials.
Supply Chain Planning is a part of Clinical Supplies in CMC Development & Scaling. We are responsible for the overall planning of the production, packaging, and distribution of products for Novo Nordisk clinical trials worldwide. The department consist of four teams, supporting the execution of clinical trials by forecasting/monitoring product demand, ordering products/materials, planning the packaging/shipping of trial products and supporting the overall trial conduct at the clinical sites with a focus on trial product related processes and systems.
