      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary IS liaison to ensure all application service needs are met for the business area
      - Understand and document business needs while recommending appropriate IS solutions
      - Provide 24x7 on-call operational support for the team’s portfolio of applications
      - Manage external IS vendor relations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
      - Conduct user training sessions and develop application training materials as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Information Services or a related field
      - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field required
      - Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
      - Expertise in multiple healthcare applications is highly recommended
      - Excellent facilitation and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Business Analyst Certifications are a plus
      - Relevant experience in a business or clinical specialty is highly recommended
      - Epic certification(s) for supported applications should be achieved within 6 months of hire date
