      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front-line support for requests directed to the Information Systems Department
      - Assist users by removing barriers to problem resolution through proper assignment and escalation of requests
      - Record and manage requests using the company's tracking application
      - Respond to patient inquiries regarding the Portal and assist them as needed
      - Monitor and resolve common issues while ensuring adherence to established Service Level Agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related field
      - Previous experience with computer applications or related fields is preferred
      - Ability to perform tasks that require sitting, standing, and lifting within specified physical standards
      - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with users and team members
      - Proficiency in managing and tracking requests efficiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting or with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
      - Familiarity with tracking applications used for managing user requests
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
      - Knowledge of information systems and technology best practices
